When We Were Kings This photo documentary tells the story of "how a rag-tag group of surfers from an unbelievably small surf town, New Smyrna Beach, ultimately came to dominate East Coast surfing in the late '70's and early '80's." It's an entertaining look at the time and the area through the eyes of an accomplished photographer and surfer. NOTE: The presentation requires Apple Computer's "Quicktime*" plug-in and some patience to download. Downloading the presentation can take up to an hour on a dial-up connection. |
